Ministering the Word and Prayer at City Orphanage
As I was ministering from Eph. 6 kids were very receptive and following my illustrations and jokes! It was much fun to encourage our kids to obey and give respect to their instructors and teachers at school and the orphanage. They know better it is not that easy to obey and respect. We prayed outloud and asked that God would help us apply Eph.6:1-3 in our lives.
Back To School Project at City Orphanage
School started on Sept. 1 in Russia. Olga and I would like to thank our friends and partners for the prayerful and financial support of Back To School Evangelistic Project! Please be praying that the Lord keeps the doors open for us to continue ministering the Word to the children. Many orphanage workers and teachers have changed their attitude towards protestant believers so we hope we see lots of doors open for us. Thinking positively, there may be more opportunities for us than last year. God is good!
Olga and I, Andrey, Avenir, and Olga are ready to start tutoring, helping, and worshipping Jesus with the kids this year. On the first of September we came to visit orphanage 1 and Suda orphanage. Kids were super excited to see us, listen to the Word, pray and receive school supplies we bought for each and every one of them.
Because you helped we were able to drive to the orphanages, meet childrens' needs, pray for the children and teachers on opening day. Our missions team had much joy walking kids to their schools. It is going to be interesting to see how God moves this next school year in Cherepovets, Kaduy, Krievets, and Suda. We are super excited! Once again, we love you and pray that God blesses you and your families.
